Experiential Workshops

This training provides mental health professionals with the tools to facilitate deep emotional processing and address interpersonal relationships as well as intrapersonal conflicts through structured, evidence-based chairwork interventions.The trainings are built on a psychodrama foundation integrating cognitive-behavioral and schema-informed approaches. Participants will have multiple opportunities to practice skills. A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants is required to support a dynamic group process. This allows for role-plays, live demonstrations, and reflective discussions that deepen learning. Imagery Rescripting
Imagery rescripting is an experiential method that helps revisit and transform distressing memories or mental images in a safe, structured way. In this training, practitioners learn how to guide clients through imagery-based exercises that reduce emotional intensity, foster a sense of safety and agency, and support new, more adaptive meanings. Participants will have multiple opportunities to practice skills. A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants is required to support a dynamic group process.
