Esra Ersayan, PhD

Esra has over 20 years of clinical practice, training and supervising experience in Istanbul, Turkiye. She now offers experiential training workshops for mental health professionals worldwide, supervision as an International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST)–accredited supervisor for schema therapy certification, and experiential technique–focused professional consultation. Since 2020, she has trained hundreds of professionals in chairwork and experiential techniques. Esra has also worked as an instructor in Koc University, Istanbul for 15 years where she has designed, developed and facilitated experiential life skills courses and delivered numerous seminars on mental health for students, faculty, and the wider community. She continues to expand her work internationally under Experiential Skills Studio umbrella.
